Case study
Government-funded sustainability nonprofit
Scope of work:
research, brand & marketing strategy, facilitation
A government-funded sustainability non-profit in the US had reached a point where their growth was being hindered by an outdated website that no longer supported their brand as well as a lack of strategic direction in their content. My agency partner brought me in to work with the client to define the problem and design a research approach that would explore the needs and views of key stakeholders. I facilitated interviews and focus groups, presented the findings, and developed actionable recommendations. The research findings enabled me to develop a new brand-aligned information architecture that allowed for growth and flexibility, and audience-focused content strategy for their website. My agency partner has now secured an extension to their contract to work on future projects.
“Rebecca is a rock star! She’s a great strategist who can synthesize complex information simply and effectively. She’s versatile and has the ability to tackle different aspects of a project with flexility, expertise, and skill. She delivered more than the client expected. They were excited about the final deliverable. I trust her to lead strategy for our clients.”
